Install on your device

    Open Cargo in Chrome or another browser that supports web apps. You can install before creating an account.

  2. 2

    Tap Install Cargo above when it is available. Otherwise open the browser’s menu and look for Install app or Add to Home screen.

  3. 3

    Confirm the installation. Open the Cargo icon from your home screen or app list.

Use the browser installation steps above on Android, iPhone, Windows and Mac. Internet is required. Menu names vary by browser and version. If no install option appears, the normal browser link remains available. Private browsing may not support installation.

Same records, same access

Your vehicles, documents and payments stay linked to your Capslock account across devices.

Anyone can create a client account and submit a vehicle request. Each client sees only their own requests and permitted documents.

You can remove the app icon at any time without deleting records from Cargo.

Keep connected

Internet is required to load vehicle records, save changes, upload files and download documents.

If the connection drops, reconnect before saving. Cargo does not keep an offline copy of your vehicle files.

Updates load from the same Cargo link. If an update message appears, finish your open form before choosing Update & reopen.
